However, because of the length of time and money spent in every previous loan, we were not holding much hope in finalizing a refinance. Michael Fleishour did everything possible to make this as smooth as a process as possible. Dealing with the laws and hurdles the State of Wisconsin can put up is very difficult. Mike did this all with great follow up and patience. When I decided to change the loan amount of money to take out, this put some more hurdles and time barriers to deal with. But Mike worked with me and got those taken care of. It always seems something pops up at the last minute.
