Cons: I think they killed two trees with all the paperwork we did.

Refinancing with Jason Ciprio at Residential Finance was so easy!  Jason stayed on top of every single detail and communicated with me about even the smallest thing.  I don't think I have ever dealt with a person who is so conscientious, but still kind.  I was impressed with him the first time I talked with him and that never changed.  This is coming from a person who spent 15 years in the banking industry, so I'm not an easy person to please when it comes to getting a loan.  When it comes time for my husband and me to get another loan or refinance, we will definitely be calling Jason.
