I don't think that a customer could ask for a better experience.  I decided to refinance my home to get a lower interest rate.  A letter came in the mail from Residential Financial Corporation, and on a whim I called. Lucky for me, I got Jason.  Jason walked me through the process and we probably talked every day, multiple times a day while I was going through the process.  He would explain everything to me...and if there were an issue he would help me understand what happened.  I would recommend Jason to my mother, my sister, my child, my best friend...anyone who was looking for a mortgage.
